Please read these terms carefully before using the c444 platform. By registering or logging in to the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
General Information
Introduction and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the c444 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User"). By visiting the c444 website, creating an account, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted every provision of these Terms.
c444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Amended Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is the User's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Conditions for Opening an Account
To create an account at c444, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Keeping the account password confidential is solely the User's responsibility. Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited.
- If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the c444 support team must be notified immediately.
c444 reserves the right to reject any account registration or login request, particularly where there is a suspicion of Terms violation or fraud.
Identity Verification (KYC)
c444 reserves the right to verify a User's identity as required. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. c444 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at c444 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Deposited funds are for use in approved gaming activities only. Depositing funds from any illegal source is strictly prohibited. c444 may conduct an investigation and temporarily suspend an account in the case of suspicious transactions without prior notice.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process, though this time may increase in exceptional circumstances.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to registered and verified payment methods.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met (see Section 6 for details).
- Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and is under review, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a withdrawal is delayed for any reason, please contact the c444 support team.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
c444 offers a 100% Welcome Bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳62,000.
A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: receive a ৳1,000 bonus → after placing ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
Other Promotions & Offers
c444 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is announced. In addition to the general Terms, the specific conditions of each offer will also apply.
c444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If misuse or manipulation of promotional funds is found, the relevant account and funds may be forfeited.
VIP Program
VIP Tiers & Cashback Benefits
The c444 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier is possible based on User activity and regular participation. VIP benefits apply to active and eligible accounts only. c444 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time.
Specific terms and calculation methods for VIP cashback can be obtained from the c444 support team.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Policy
c444 is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. Games on the platform are provided by recognized technology providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe, who ensure fair play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack or manipulate gaming software.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting bonuses or rewards through multiple accounts.
- Sharing account details with other Users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
If any of the above activities are proven, c444 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the entire balance, and notify the relevant authorities.
Liability & Limitations
Limitation of c444's Liability
c444 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform. However, c444 will not be held liable for:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity disruptions.
- Transaction delays caused by the failure of third-party payment service providers.
- Account information leaks resulting from the User's own negligence.
- Game sessions interrupted due to circumstances beyond the User's control.
Gaming is a form of entertainment. Gambling can cause financial loss and c444 is not responsible for this risk. Users are advised to play responsibly and within their means.
Intellectual Property
The c444 website, logo, graphics, content, software, and other elements are the owned or licensed intellectual property of c444. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using these elements for commercial purposes without prior permission from c444 is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
Account Closure by c444
c444 may temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
In the case of permanent account closure due to a Terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited. In other cases, any eligible withdrawable balance will be returned.
Account Closure by the User
Any User may request to close their account at any time by contacting the c444 support team. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable balance before making the request. Once an account is closed, a new contact will be required to reactivate it.

Privacy & Data Protection
Use of Personal Information
c444 collects, stores, and processes Users' personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, completing financial transactions, and ensuring security. SSL encryption technology is used to protect data.

Interpretation and Finality of Terms
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any provision of these Terms, c444's decision will be considered final. If any one clause of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to remain in force.
These Terms are drafted in the Bangla language. In the event of any conflict with a translation or alternative version, the Bangla version will prevail.
